Shipping.

If you are offshore, I will ship by air to your location. You will be responsible for payment of any taxes and/or additional charges. The cost of shipping is included in the price of the work. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of shipping for it to reach you. Urgent shipping can be arranged. Please contact me if you need it sooner. Usually I can oblige.

If you live in New Zealand, I will courier signature-required to the address you have given me. Please fill in your address carefully. The cost of shipping is included in the price of the work. Guarantee:

I stand behind my work and believe in it. For that reason I want you to be happy with it.

I operate under the terms of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. As a guide:

1. If it arrives damaged, please return it in its original packaging and I will replace it.

2. If you feel it does not meet specification or is faulty, please return it in its original condition and I will refund the purchase price or replace it at my choice. Please state your reasons for returning it.

I use the best materials available to me at the time of production of the work. As I am unable to control how the work is framed and displayed, I cannot guarantee it against deterioration . A guide to correct presentation can be found here.
